You will instinctively use computers, specifically Microsoft products such as Word and Outlook. You’ll also have excellent spelling, grammar and numeracy.
What will you be doing?
With the appropriate training, instruction and guidance, you will be working alongside our qualified professionals and Technical Assistants, acting as a key member of our customer facing team.
You will work as first line support for our business clients, responding to incoming telephone and email requests, processing new orders, supporting projects, engaging with our suppliers and keeping our customers and internal teams updated. The role will also include other activities away from your desk such as following processes to pre-configure or fault diagnose equipment along with packaging and dispatch. But above all you’ll be using your enthusiasm and dedication in doing everything possible to ensure our customer gets their service delivered to their deadline and right first time.
