You will be working as first and second line support to our business clients, therefore it is important you have the following skills and experience:

• Exposure to different technologies and hardware within the industry
• Good practical knowledge of IP networking and security
• Experience of working within a customer facing environment
• Accreditations desirable but not necessary

You’ll be a great fit for our team if you:

• Have recently graduated University and are looking to begin your career within IT
• Communicate well with customers, including the ability to think commercially
• Are a team player as you will be expected to work closely with other departments
• Numerate and literate with an excellent attention to detail
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Take pride in your work and find learning new things exciting

As a Helpdesk Technician your responsibilities will include:

• Providing knowledgeable and professional technical support to business clients
• Managing configuration of equipment including servers
• Problem solving issues and seeing faults through to resolution
• Working independently on customer sites or in data centres as part of projects to deliver or upgrade services.
