Alongside the practical hands on work experience, we are offering the chance to work closely alongside experienced professionals, in a fast paced and technically driven environment, whilst training in the latest Cisco, Sophos and Microsoft qualifications.
What will you be doing?
With the appropriate training, instruction and guidance, you will be working alongside our qualified professionals in Technical Support. You will work as first line support for our business clients, responding to incoming telephone and email requests, related to technical support and fault diagnostics. This would include resolving connectivity faults, configuring new hardware and when required attending customer sites alongside our experienced technicians to install new equipment, internal connectivity and networks.
Not only do we offer you the opportunity to work amongst the latest technologies and become a fully qualified CCNA engineer, including paying for the certification exams, we will also support you with your college studies, to see you achieve your ICT professional competence at Level 3.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and be an experienced problem solver with the ability to think independently and have a desire to see a task completed to the end. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the determination to achieve to the best of your ability, with the commitment to provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience
Maths and English (Grades C and above) numerate and literate
Solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communicator amongst colleagues, customers and suppliers
Ability to answer the telephone and respond to emails in a professional manner
Problem solving skills with the ability to think independently
Time management and organisational skills
We would like to see that you have some previous work experience in dealing with the general public
Full UK driving licence or taking driving lessons with a test date booked
