Beaming places your order

Once you have made the decision that you would like to move to Beaming, your order will be redirected to our Provisioning team. They are here to handle everything for you so there is no need to worry. They will keep you updated with everything you need to know about your order.

Beaming’s request is received

Once your new order has been placed by Provisioning, your current provider will receive notification of our recent request to take ownership of your services. You may find that at this point your current provider contacts you for your authorisation to proceed with the migration, so please just say yes. Other than that everything is in hand for you so you can focus on your business.

Beaming’s request is accepted

Once your current provider has accepted Beaming’s request, the work is done! On the given date, your services will transfer to Beaming and your new relationship can begin.

Whichever provider you choose, make sure your new ISP is able to answer the following questions:

• Is your network optimised to support business processes? What is the contention ratio of the service? The contention ratio is a way of expressing the amount of bandwidth available per user, with a lower contention ratio ensuring a higher quality of service.

• What service level agreement can I expect? If a fault occurs, how quickly will it be fixed so I can resume business as usual?

• What do you do to ensure the security of my data?

Not sure what kind of broadband you need?
