Why we need your information

We offer telecommunication services to our clients. To provide such a service, we need to collect personal data such as name, address and contact details in order to install the service.  We will also request a signed direct debit mandate, as the contractual means of payment, which includes bank details.  Withholding of the required data may result in Beaming being unable to provide service.

Your information may also be used to introduce you to the services we offer, to help with ongoing administration, to contact you with any review or changes that are applicable, and for our own business research.

We may obtain data from individual customers or from firms.


Sharing your data

We may share your personal data with the following organisations –

  • We may verify your identity by searching publicly available records held by credit reference agencies.
  • We will upload your direct debit details securely to our collection agency Eazipay to process.
  • We will supply your data via secure portals to suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into in order to deliver service to you e.g Openreach.

We will not share your information with any other third parties unless we have obtained additional consent from you.


Your rights regarding your data

  • We will not hold your information for any longer than is necessary unless there is a lawful basis for retention.
  • Should your data be inaccurate we will rectify this without delay.
  • Should you wish us to delete your data at any point, please contact Beaming to make the request. This will be acted upon unless there is a lawful basis for us to retain the information in which case you will be advised accordingly.
  • Should you wish to transfer your data to another organisation, please contact the office as below and we will organise this for you.
  • You can request access to your data at any time. We will provide you with a full copy within one month of your written request

We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

When you browse on this Website, we may ask you to input and therefore collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and information relating to your enquiry.

We may collect information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.beaming.co.uk. We use a number of services offered by third parties. These services may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP request. At no point will er share any of this information outside of Beaming.

We may use Google Analytics (Google Inc.), HotJar (HotJar Ltd) and Leadberry (Brandlift Inc.) web analytics services.

We may use Leadberry to identify companies that visit our website, we cannot see which individual has visited the website and no personally identifiable information is captured. External Links

We may include some links to external parties throughout the website with the purpose of providing relevant and quality guidance, and we would only link to sites that were safe. However we recommend users adopt normal caution when clicking links and visiting third parties.

Information Transfer

We will not transfer, share or sell your personal information to any company or individual outside of Beaming Ltd.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and/or User Information, we are entitled to do so.


We recruit staff regularly to join our team at Beaming and as part of our recruitment process we may advertise online or recruit via recruitment consultants.  All applicants on submission of either a CV or an application including personal data will be sent an acknowledgment and their information held securely during the recruitment process. All unsuccessful applicants will be informed that they have not been short-listed or selected, and their application or CV will be deleted at this point.
