How do I setup ‘Call Diversion – Smart Divert’?

This product provides Beaming customers greater flexibility by enabling them to remotely change their Call Diversion number.

The service is accessed remotely via a special “access number” and secure PIN code.

Instructions

Divert codes for Smart Divert – From a Remote Location

  • All Codes — 44
  • Calls not answered in 15 seconds — 64
  • Calls if your phone is engaged — 65

To divert calls

  • Access number — wait for dial tone
  • Dial * Divert code * from list above
  • Dial PIN CODE*
  • Your full phone number (Inc.STD)*
  • Phone number to divert to # (Inc.STD)

To cancel Smart Divert

  • Access number — wait for dial tone
  • # divert code* from list above
  • PIN* Your full phone number #
  • To check Smart Divert

    • Access number — wait for dial tone
    • *#Divert code* from list above
    • PIN* Your full phone number #
