How do I place a call on hold when using the BeamRing IP29G handset?

Applies to BeamRing User and BeamRing User Plus license holders

To place a call on hold during a conversation:

Press the   (hold) button to place your call on hold. The handset displays a hold symbol and the caller will hear your music on hold.

To resume the conversation:

Press the   (hold) button again or you can press the Resume soft key to return to the telephone call.

BeamRing Handy Hint: With the call waiting feature enabled you may place multiple calls on hold. In this scenario to resume the required conversation use the up  / down   arrows to select the appropriate call and then press the  (hold) button again or you can press the Resume soft key
