How do I set up Call Waiting?

Call Waiting gently bleeps to tell you that a second call is on the line.

You can either put the first caller on hold and speak to the second caller, or end your first call and speak to the second caller. Use your telephones “R” button to switch between callers.

Instructions

  • To switch on — dial * 43 #
  • To turn off — dial # 43 #
  • To check status — dial *# 43 #

Note: Call Waiting will not work if Call Diversion is active.
