BeamRing IPW56 – How do I access my voicemail?

Applies to BeamRing User and BeamRing User Plus license holders
BeamRing alerts the IPW56 handset to any new voicemail messages. When a new voicemail is received the 
(message) icon appears at the top of the screen along with the number of unread messages. The power LED will also begin to slowly flash.
To access your voicemail:
Press and hold the 
button for one second and you will be connected to your voicemail
You will be prompted to enter your assigned PIN code followed by the hash (#) key
BeamRing Handy Hint – If you have forgotten your mailbox PIN code you may reset it by visiting the BeamRing portal https://portal.beamring.co.uk/myphone
